We prepare modernization specifications based upon a comprehensive visual examination of the elevator, escalator or other vertical transportation equipment in a building or project. Our modernization specifications are designed to yield maximum vertical transportation performance and value to the Owner. In order to provide the most comprehensive specification package, we visit the job site, collect detailed information in regards to the existing equipment, check all machine rooms, and hoistways, measure various performance times and note any maintenance items we deem insufficient.
