Once the elevators have been tested and inspected for code compliance by the Authority Having Jurisdiction or the 3rd party inspector, as allowed in the State of Florida, we perform a close out review to insure compliance with the specifications. The "AHJ" is there to confirm compliance with the Code but they have no interest in the specifications of the project or materials and training that the contractor may be required to provide according to the specifications.

We insure that all spare parts, keys, training and warranties are provided to the Owner. Additionally, we confirm receipt of a lien release from all parties involved as part of the final payment process. The last thing a property owner wants to find out is that a sub-contractor or vendor has not been paid and they are on the responsible for additional payments.
